Doggy Eco offers FREE shipping Australia wide on orders over $20 and uses Australia Post and carbon neutral courier services for our deliveries. You will be sent tracking details via email when your order is sent.

All orders are processed within 48 hours. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days. If you have not received your item within 7 business days or have any concerns about your shipping, please contact us directly at support@doggyeco.com.

Please note that we are based in Brisbane, Queensland so orders to Western Australia and remote communities can take a few extra days.
